Unleash the Adventure Within

THE NEBULA OF NORTHBOUND

Northbound Moto adventures are designed for riders who want more than just miles on a map. Each tour blends scenic backroads, rugged coastlines, and remote Northeast wilderness into a fully guided experience focused on exploration and connection rather than planning and logistics. Beyond the ride itself, meals are prepared, lodging is thoughtfully arranged, and evenings offer time to unwind together — trading stories, laughs, and plans for the next day’s adventure.

Our Team

Tom Dardis

Lead Rider

Tom has spent his entire life exploring the backroads, coastlines, and deep woods of the Northeast, developing an intimate knowledge of the region that only comes from years of riding and discovery. A passionate adventure motorcyclist and dedicated route planner, he designs every Northbound Moto journey to balance great riding, unforgettable scenery, and authentic destinations. His goal is simple: create the kind of rides he would want to experience himself — thoughtfully planned adventures where riders can focus on the journey while everything else is handled.

Jay Pagliuco

Sweep Rider

A lifelong rider with extensive on- and off-road experience, Jay brings exceptional skill and professionalism to the Northbound Moto team. He currently serves as a motorcycle officer with the Ridgefield, Connecticut Police Department after previously riding with the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department. For the past several years, she has traveled throughout Maine’s Downeast region alongside Tom, exploring backroads and destinations while helping prepare for the vision behind Northbound Moto. With a natural ability to care for others, Kate creates a welcoming environment through thoughtfully prepared meals and attentive hospitality. She brings warmth and connection to each evening of the journey while also providing trail-side meal support and vehicle assistance when needed.
